I only make refunds if the customer is not 100% satisfied with their product, not because it is wrecked because my pieces are made to last long and they are fully protected when they're shipped out..but I've never had any types of these encounters anyway.
In the case of making custom orders I always take payment before starting them due to costs of supplies, etc. If the customer is not satisfied with their custom I will refund them 100% back.
After I receive payment for an item it is shipped out within 7 business days prior to receiving it.
